Science 8 students today completed their analysis of the buggy lab. We determined that because of errors in our data collection, we couldn’t determine the type of motion, so students recollected the data using new advanced techniques (using cameras). Students then determined that the cars move at a constant speed. Using a motion detector that creates graphs, we also found that the object moves at constant speed, and this appears as a straight line on a position vs. time graph.
