Happy first day of spring! Today, science 8 began by grading their Meiosis identification worksheet. Then, students received the Meiosis Flipbook:quiz review. The flipbook will be due Tuesday, and there will be a quiz Wednesday over mainly mitosis, but some meiosis as well. (Cells Alive!)

Integrated science learned today how to name ionic compounds, and then they worked on the Ionic compounds – writing and naming.   Students learned yesterday about ionic bonding, and covalent bonding, but we’ll learn Monday how to name covalent bonds.
